🏬 Store Operations
- Monday - Sunday (5 days work week)
- Working hours: 8-9 hours per day (between 10am - 10.30pm)
- 💵 Basic: $2,000 (Commensurate as per experienced)
- 🎯 Incentives + commissions + attractive benefits
- 💎 Average gross salary: $4,000 – $5,500/month

💄 Customer Experience
- Deliver friendly, personalised service to every customer
- Understand needs and recommend suitable products
- Build strong customer relationships & loyalty
💋 Beauty Consultation
- Provide makeup, skincare & fragrance recommendations
- Shade match and suggest routines based on customer needs
- Share product knowledge, tips & trends confidently
💰 Sales Performance
- Achieve individual sales targets & KPIs
- Upsell and cross-sell products effectively
- Promote membership programmes & campaigns
🔥 Product & Trend Knowledge
- Stay updated on latest beauty trends and launches
- Attend training sessions and continuously upgrade skills
🧠 Store Operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Replenish stock and support daily retail operations
- Assist with cashiering duties when required
