Salary: Up to $2,600 basic monthly + Commission & Incentives Location: Orchard, Central Singapore Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time About the Role Join a premium Swiss luxury skincare and beauty brand specialising in high-performance skincare and holistic beauty. We are looking for a Beauty Consultant who enjoys customer engagement, skincare consultations and delivering personalised service in a premium retail environment. Key Responsibilities Provide personalised skincare consultations , product recommendations and product demonstrations based on customers’ needs.

Drive sales performance by engaging customers, recommending suitable products and working towards sales targets.

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and customer relationship management (CRM).

Maintain high standards of counter presentation, visual merchandising and stock accuracy .

Prepare basic sales reports and performance updates using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

Support promotional events, VIP activations and brand activities to enhance customer engagement.

Requirements Experience in beauty retail, skincare, cosmetics or customer service is an advantage.

Passion for skincare, beauty and customer consultation .

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for simple reporting.

Willingness to learn product knowledge and develop skincare consultation skills.
