Flagship Allowance: Up to $2,000/month, subject to applicable proration

Earning Potential: Approximately $3,500–$4,500+ gross/month, including basic salary, applicable allowance and commission

Deliver attentive service and build lasting customer relationships

Demonstrate product features, benefits and application techniques where required

Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations

Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on beauty trends and promotions

Ensure product displays and counters are clean, organised and well-presented

Support stock replenishment and daily store operations

Collaborate with the team to deliver a positive customer experience

🎯 Requirements Passionate about beauty, skincare, cosmetics, makeup or fragrance

Previous experience in beauty retail, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, premium retail or sales is an advantage

Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in engaging customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products

Comfortable working towards sales targets in a retail environment

Positive, well-groomed, responsible and team-oriented

Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
