Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive in-store experience
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable beauty, skincare, fragrance, and wellness products
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent customer service
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on product launches and promotions
- Support visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and daily store operations
- Ensure store presentation standards are consistently maintained
Requirements
- Previous experience in beauty, retail, sales, or customer service is advantageous
- Passion for beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or fragrance
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
