Assistant Director, Operations (F&B Supply Chain) | Up to $10,000

Your tasks

We are recruiting an experienced operations leader to oversee large-scale food production, supply chain and distribution activities within an established multi-outlet F&B organisation.

This role offers the opportunity to lead operational improvements, strengthen business performance and contribute to long-term growth initiatives.

• Lead and oversee daily operations across food production, warehousing and distribution functions.
• Develop operational plans, performance targets and improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Manage departmental budgets, resource allocation and operational expenditure.
• Review existing workflows and introduce improvements to enhance productivity, service quality and cost efficiency.
• Work closely with senior management on business planning, operational expansion and growth opportunities.
• Establish performance monitoring systems and provide regular operational reports.
• Ensure effective coordination between production, logistics and outlet operations.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, quality assurance and workplace safety.
• Lead and develop management teams to strengthen operational capabilities and accountability.
• Support business development initiatives, operational integration and new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience in F&B operations, food production, supply chain or a related operational environment.
• Proven track record in leading multi-functional teams and managing large-scale operations.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience in budgeting, cost management and operational planning.
• Ability to identify operational challenges and implement practical, sustainable improvements.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
