Assembly Operator | Training Provided | Up to $3,000 + Allowances | Tampines
💰Salary: Up to $3000/month
📍Location: Tampines
🕒Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours / Shift Schedule: First 3 month (Training) Mon - Fri (8am - 5pm)
🔄 Rotating 3-shift system:
- A Shift: Mon – Thu, 8:00am – 8:00pm
- B Shift: Fri – Sat (8:00am – 8:00pm) & Mon – Tue (8:00pm – 8:00am)
- C Shift: Wed – Sat, 8:00pm – 8:00am
🔧 Your Responsibilities
- ✨ Assemble server components, chassis, hard drives, server racks, and cabinets according to work instructions
- ✨ Perform server assembly and system integration on the production line
- ✨ Carry out unpacking, packaging, and rack-building activities accurately and efficiently
- ✨ Conduct basic quality inspections to ensure products meet required standards
- ✨ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace following 5S practices
- ✨ Adhere to safety procedures and company guideline sat all times
- ✨ Support operational needs and work rotating shifts when required
🎯 What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or a related field is advantageous
- Comfortable using hand tools such as screwdrivers and assembly equipment
- Basic computer skills for production-related tasks
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working at heights and using ladders when necessary
- Positive attitude, willing to learn, and a strong team player
