Assembly Operator (East, 4-day work week, Up to $3k + allowances)

Our client is a leading provider of server and data centre infrastructure solutions, supporting some of the world's largest technology and cloud companies. Role: Assembly Operator Location:  East Up to $3,000 basic + allowances  (basic commensurate with experience) What you'll be doing: Assemble server chassis, hard drives, racks, and cabinets. Perform server assembly and integration tasks on the production line. Support unpacking, packaging, and rack build activities. Follow work instructions, SOPs, and safety requirements. Maintain good housekeeping and 5S standards within the work area. Assist with other production-related duties as assigned. What we're looking for: NITEC, Higher NITEC, or equivalent qualification. Experience in assembly, manufacturing, production, or electronics environment is preferred. Comfortable using hand tools and working in a production setting. Able to follow work instructions and maintain quality standards. Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn. Working Hours: 12-hour rotating shifts 4 working days per week Rotating day and night shifts
