Your tasks
We are hiring for approximately 100 positions in server assembly and production operations at Tampines. If you have an interest in hardware, hands-on assembly or manufacturing, this could be an opportunity to build your experience in the data centre hardware industry.
- Assemble server components, hard drives, racks, chassis and cabinets.
- Perform system integration, unpacking and packaging.
- Conduct visual and functional quality inspections.
- Use basic tools such as torque screwdrivers and multimeters.
- Record defects and follow quality, safety and 5S procedures.
Requirements
- NITEC, technical/vocational qualification or equivalent preferred.
- 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing, production, assembly or inspection experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and inspection equipment.
- Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
- Willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

- Training: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- After training: Rotating 12-hour shifts
- Day shift: 8:00 AM–8:30 PM
- Night shift: 8:30 PM–8:00 AM
📅 4-Day Work Week Arrangements
- Team A: Monday–Thursday
- Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday and Tuesday
- Team C: Wednesday–Saturday
