Job Summary

We are looking for a Pre-Sales & Implementation Analyst to understand client needs, recommend suitable HR software solutions, and manage end-to-end system implementation. The role will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth system setup, testing, training and deployment.

Job Scope

  1. Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting
  • Understand clients’ HR processes, business needs and pain points to recommend suitable HR software solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, highlighting key features, benefits and value to clients.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to develop customised solutions, proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Assess client requirements against system capabilities and recommend practical solutions or workarounds where needed.
  • Clearly communicate system capabilities, limitations and recommended solutions to clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s HR software products and services to effectively advise clients.
  1. Implementation Activities
  • Manage end-to-end HR software implementation projects, from requirements gathering through to go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their HR processes, system requirements and data migration needs.
  • Plan and track project timelines, milestones, deliverables and potential risks to ensure timely implementation.
  • Configure the HR software based on client requirements, including workflows, user roles and system settings.
  • Perform data migration, system testing and user acceptance testing to ensure accuracy and functionality.
  • Conduct client training and provide guidance on system usage, processes and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and work with internal teams to resolve system or configuration concerns.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status updates, user guides and implementation records.
  • Stay updated on product features and enhancements, and contribute to internal process improvement and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, IT or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR software implementation, consulting, pre-sales or a related role preferred, but not required.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and HR systems.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging clients.
