Nsimbi Education Centre is a growing day and boarding school in Ssisa Subcounty, Wakiso District, committed to providing holistic, high-quality education with a strong focus on academic excellence, character development, hands-on skills and co-curricular opportunities. We are seeking a passionate, qualified and dedicated Grade 3 Teacher to join our team.
THE ROLE
The Grade 3 Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging and developmentally appropriate instruction across all learning areas, while fostering a safe, supportive and stimulating environment for our learners.
REQUIREMENTS
- A professional teaching qualification (must have)
- Diploma in Primary Education (preferred)
- Able to teach all subjects in Primary
- At least 3 years of teaching experience (in primary school, an added advantage)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A passion for working with young learners and supporting their all-round development
- Knowledge of the Ugandan education system and UNEB requirements
- High integrity, professionalism and a positive attitude
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan, prepare and deliver lessons for all Primary subjects at Grade 3 level
- Create an engaging and inclusive learning environment
- Assess and monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Instill discipline, good character and positive values
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents and school leadership
- Participate in co-curricular activities and school programs
- Identify and support learners with additional learning needs
