We are currently looking for a proactive, customer-service-oriented, and responsible night receptionist to strengthen our team for the winter season in Saariselkä. In this role, you will be in an important position creating a safe and smooth customer experience at our hotel during the night – even when most of the team is already resting.
The work takes place during the period 11/2025–4/2026. The working time is 112.5 hours in a three-week period. Exact start and end dates will be confirmed closer to the beginning of the season.
What do we expect from you?
You will succeed in this task if you have a brisk and customer-oriented work attitude, good ability to work under pressure, and the skill to solve situations independently. You are organized, reliable, and able to act calmly even in unexpected situations. We hope that you already have previous experience in reception work as well as familiarity with systems such as Mews and Fareharbor. Since our working language is English, we expect fluent English language skills from you.
Most important, however, is the attitude: you are a team player who is not intimidated by quiet nights or small challenges, but rather meets them with a gentle approach and professionalism.
