Banking System / Product Officer (Retail Banking)

Job Responsibilities: Conduct research on Retail products and services in local market Prepare product or system requirement document Coordinate with technical team of H.O. for project on new products or system enhancement request Work out solution for functionality defects Support branches to solve any issues related to product and system Dedicated in digitalization of personal banking cater to envolving industry Follow up on product and system upgrade Any work assigned from time to time by supervisor or the Management Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline At least 1 - 2 years of relevant experience Candidates with strong knowledge in data analysis or promotional content creation will be advantageous Fresh Graduates with Retail Banking experience are welcome to apply Fluent written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking clients Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Good interpersonal skills and communication skills technology savvy Good team player
