Graduate Trainee

Your tasks

• Assist with day-to-day technical, engineering, and operational activities within the assigned department.
• Support project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
• Assist with facility inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting under appropriate supervision.
• Support the monitoring of building systems, equipment, and operational performance, where applicable.
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate documentation, and update relevant records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery and compliance with organisational procedures.
• Participate in structured training, mentorship, and other professional development activities.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or HND in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or Building Management.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
