Warehouse Superintendent

H HR Integrated is looking for a Warehouse Superintendent for a large company operating in the mining sector for the supervision and coordination of warehouse operations at its facilities in Skouries Halkidiki.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervision and coordination of daily warehouse operations.
• Guidance and management of warehouse teams and individual supervisors.
• Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety rules and relevant procedures.
• Monitoring inventory, incoming and outgoing materials, and movement.
• Optimization of processes, utilization of storage spaces, and resource management.
• Monitoring operational Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and implementing improvement actions.
• Collaboration with Supply Chain, Inventory, and Logistics departments.
• 100% physical presence at the mining facilities in Skouries Halkidiki.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of professional experience in warehouse operations, of which at least 2 years in a supervisory or management position.
• Proven experience in team management and coordination of warehouse operations.
• Good knowledge of SAP, preferably the MM module.
• Good knowledge of warehousing processes, material management, and warehouse equipment.
• Understanding of Health & Safety procedures and regulations for storing hazardous materials (SEVESO).
• A degree or diploma in a technical or logistics field will be appreciated.
• Previous experience in a mining, construction, or industrial environment will be considered an additional asset.
• Fluent knowledge of the English Language
