Branding and Marketing Specialist

Your tasks

We are looking for a Branding & Marketing Strategy Executive to plan and drive our overall branding and marketing direction. This role focuses on strategy, positioning, and campaign planning, while working closely with the team to execute ideas across digital platforms, recruitment campaigns, and events.

•⁠ ⁠Plan and manage overall branding and marketing direction

•⁠ ⁠Ensure consistent brand message across social media, campaigns, and materials

•⁠ ⁠Plan marketing strategies for recruitment, events, and business growth

•⁠ ⁠Work with internal team, interns and vendors on execution

•⁠ ⁠Review campaign performance and suggest improvements •⁠ ⁠Support organisation branding and lead generation initiatives

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business, or related field

2–5 years experience in branding, marketing, or strategy roles

•⁠ ⁠Good understanding of digital marketing and branding •⁠ ⁠Able to plan strategy and also support execution when needed

Organised, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team
