Waiter/Waitress

Responsibilities:

Greet and serve guests courteously, ensuring a top-quality dining experience. Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver meals promptly. Set tables, clear used items, and maintain a clean dining area. Provide menu guidance and handle guest inquiries professionally. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service. Process guest bills and handle POS transactions efficiently. Uphold hotel standards of hygiene, presentation, and customer care.

Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE or equivalent (graduates may also apply). Minimum of 2 years of experience in food and beverage service.' Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities. Neat appearance, pleasant personality, and team spirit. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
