Bartender/Mixologist

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar. Engage guests courteously and provide excellent service. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Collaborate with restaurant and kitchen teams for smooth service. Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements: A minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a bartender in a hotel, lounge, or restaurant. Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and drink-mixing techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Energetic, professional, and attentive to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
