Project Manager – MEP

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Delivery Technical & Design Coordination Construction, Commissioning & Quality Procurement & Stakeholder Management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 15–20 years of progressive experience in MEP project management, with a strong track record delivering complex, large-scale construction projects. Demonstrated experience delivering MEP scope on mission-critical or high-density technical facilities. Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar MEP budgets and large, multidisciplinary contractor teams on fast-track programs. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to travel to and, where required, be based at project sites for extended periods.
