Ensure accurate dispensing and proper patient counseling. Monitor stock levels, shortages, expiry dates, and product availability. Manage and support the pharmacy team and staff scheduling. Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and professional standards. Handle customer concerns and maintain excellent customer service. Monitor sales performance, targets, and overall pharmacy performance. Manage financial transactions and support achievement of sales targets. Coordinate purchasing and inventory management.
