SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure proper functioning of the shop
• Manage the shop inventory system and ensure accuracy in weekly stocktake (2500 to 3000 household items)
• Attend to walk-in customers' inquiries
• Service-oriented with good communication skills
• Replenish shelves with goods at all times
• Check and order stock with the store manager daily
• Unload goods from the delivery truck daily
• Assist with cashier duty
• Daily closing of the account
• Able to prepare for the shop opening at 0700hr and closing at 2200 hr at night
• Able to work every weekend and public Holiday

Requirements

• NITEC/Diploma or equivalent
• Able to use Microsoft Excel
• Willing to hands-on
• Able to work under pressure
• Positive, can-do attitude
