excavator operator

Howitt Construction is a busy excavation company based out of Red Deer. We're looking for a local experienced *excavator* operator to load highway trucks on a road construction project on Hwy 11 between Eckville & Benalto.

Candidates must be able to perform all the skills in the Scope of Work, and work in a safe manner following all policies and procedures.

*Work Details*

• 7 days a week, 7am to 6pm,
• Long weekends off (4 days),
• Must have own transportation to and from work.

*Excavator Scope of Work:*

• Minimum *4* years of excavator experience,
• Maintain grade it cut area,
• Safely & efficiently load trucks,
• Working around other heavy equipment & ground personnel,
• Complete walk arounds,
• Fuel and grease own machine.

_*PPE Requirements*_

• Steel toed boots,
• High visibility safety vest,
• Gloves.

Pay: $30.00-$33.00 per hour
