Claims Specialist (m/f/d) in the Real Estate sector at the Regensburg location in full/part-time

Your tasks:

• Independent management and processing of claims cases: You accompany claims cases in the Real Estate sector from the claim notification to the conclusion of the settlement, coordinate all parties involved, and ensure efficient and customer-oriented processing.
• Professional advice and support for customers in the event of a claim: As a central contact person, you support our customers with all claim-related questions, develop suitable solution approaches, and accompany them through the entire claims process.
• Support for a Customer Manager: In close cooperation with the Customer Manager, you support the management of complex customer relationships, prepare claim-relevant information and evaluations, and contribute your professional expertise during customer meetings and claims reviews.
• Correspondence, documentation, and optimization of claims processes: You conduct written and telephone communication with insurers, experts, and other parties involved in the claim, maintain the relevant data in the administration system, and actively participate in the further development of our claims processes.

What you bring with you:

• Training as an Insurance Clerk: Whether you are an insurance specialist, insurance technician, or insurance clerk, you are at home in the insurance sector. Further training, e.g., as an insurance technician, is desirable.
• Initial professional experience: You have already taken your first steps in the field after your graduation and are looking forward to expanding your wealth of experience.
• Good knowledge of the English language: An English email does not frighten you? An English-speaking caller does not make you sweat?
• Very good IT skills: Whether Word, Excel, or PowerPoint – you master the standard programs with ease. Your very good comprehension makes it easier for you to familiarize yourself with specific programs.
