Teppanyaki Chef

Job Description HOUSE+ PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Teppanyaki Chef / Griddle Chef to join our culinary team. Candidates with hands-on experience in at least one of the following cooking styles are welcome: Chinese-style Teppanyaki, Japanese Teppanyaki or Western-style Griddle cooking. Experience in multiple cooking styles will be an added advantage. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of relevant cooking experience.

Proficient in at least one of the following: Chinese-style Teppanyaki, Japanese Teppanyaki or Western-style Griddle cooking.

Experience in two or more cooking styles is an added advantage.

Skilled in grilling techniques, temperature control and food preparation.

Able to work independently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Good knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.

Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
