Our client is a well-established industrial company seeking an experienced professional to strengthen its maintenance team and ensure the smooth operation of production activities.

• Lead and support the maintenance team in day-to-day operational activities.
• Provide technical guidance and hands-on assistance during complex maintenance incidents.
• Coordinate and follow up on maintenance-related orders and small-scale improvement projects.
• Ensure the efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Act as a key point of contact for technical troubleshooting while maintaining production continuity.
• Proven experience in a maintenance leadership or team lead role within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Electromechanical engineering background
• Strong hands-on technical skills.
• Ability to solve complex technical issues and support operational teams effectively.
• Fluency in Dutch is mandatory, with a good command of French.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
