Customer Service Representative | Order & Logistics
32 freely choosable vacation days, meal vouchers of €10 per worked day, and a central role within an international organization: as a Customer Service Coordinator, you get a lot in return here. You are the person who connects customers, Sales, transport, and internal departments. No day is spent just entering orders: you follow the entire process, from order to delivery and invoicing.
You start your day with a look at the incoming orders. You create a new order in the ERP system, check the data, and confirm to your customer when the delivery is expected. Shortly after, you coordinate with a carrier to ensure an order reaches its destination on time. In between, Sales asks you about the availability of a product, and you notice that a customer detail needs to be updated. You maintain the overview and ensure that everyone can move forward.
Specifically, you will:
- create, follow up on, and confirm orders to customers;
- organize transports and check transport invoices;
- process sales invoices and follow up on Peppol;
- provide support with credit control;
- manage customer and article data in the ERP system;
- administratively process debit notes and complaints;
- manage orders, shipping documents, and invoices;
- follow up on pallet movements from carriers and CHEP pallets;
- answer questions from Sales regarding the availability of finished products;
- process new customers and changes within the EDI system.
You will therefore have a broad administrative role with many internal and external contacts. Moreover, you will work in an international environment where your follow-up has a direct impact on what is ultimately delivered to the customer.
You don't need to know everything from day one. We provide internal coaching to master our operations, systems, and processes. We are looking for someone who works accurately, enjoys taking responsibility, and communicates smoothly with customers and colleagues.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in administration, customer service, or logistics.
- You speak and write English fluently and can express yourself well in French.
- You work accurately, maintain an overview when multiple orders are running simultaneously, and communicate smoothly with customers and colleagues.
Do you have knowledge of export documents or customs formalities? Then that is a great asset. Knowledge of German and/or Spanish is also a plus.
