Talent Acquisition Intern
Your tasks
About the Role You'll support the Human Resources team in hiring frontline and staff positions across our wellness brands: spa therapists, receptionists, consultants, outlet crew, and more. You'll work hands-on across the full hiring process, from finding candidates to preparing offers.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and partner schools or training centers
- Screen CVs and run initial phone or video screenings
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Join HR interviews and take structured notes
- Keep the recruitment tracker updated (candidate stages, sources, status)
- Prepare offer letter drafts for review by the HR team
- Follow up with candidates to reduce no-shows and drop-offs
- Support employer branding activities such as job posts, school visits, and hiring events
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably in Psychology, Management, Communication, or a related field
- Interested in recruitment and Human Resources
- Comfortable talking to many people daily, by phone, WhatsApp, and video call
- Organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple candidates at once
- Familiar with Google Sheets, Google Forms, and basic Microsoft Office
- Able to work on-site in Jakarta during working hours
