*Job Overview*

We are looking for two energetic and customer-focused Kitchen Helpers to join our fast-paced restaurant team. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering an exceptional dining experience to every guest.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Assist the chefs with miscellaneous tasks such as rinsing, peeling and cutting vegetables; prepare meat, poultry, and seafood before cooking.
• Use grills, ovens, fryers, and stovetops safely.
• Clean work surfaces, cutting boards, and tools regularly.
• Unpack deliveries and place items in refrigerators or freezers using FIFO (first-in, first-out).
• Track food quantities and report low inventory to the manager.
• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, and utensils continuously.
• Empty trash cans and keep floors clean and dry.
• Ensure food safety andsanitation guidelines areconsistently followed*.*
• Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining area; assist in sanitizing surfaces and utensils as needed.
• Work closely with kitchen and fellow staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required?training will be provided.
• Knowledge of food safety and kitchen protocols is a bonus.
• A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in BC.
• BE ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY.
