Hotel Manager

Your tasks

• Supervise the daily operation of reception, housekeeping, food and beverages, and maintenance.
• Lead teams from different areas, delegate responsibilities, and follow up on task completion.
• Prepare schedules and coordinate shifts and staff coverage.
• Prepare basic payroll and control attendance, overtime, leaves, and vacations, in coordination with Human Resources.
• Prepare orders and requisitions, maintain inventories, and control the use of supplies, products, and equipment.
• Supervise kitchen and service operations, verifying the quality, presentation, and portions of food.
• Verify the reception, storage, and preservation of food, including temperatures, expiration dates, and product rotation.
• Follow up on compliance with hygiene practices, food handling, and area cleaning.
• Supervise the cleanliness and condition of rooms and facilities.
• Attend to guest requests and complaints and resolve operational unforeseen events.
• Coordinate the service for groups and events with the involved areas.
• Follow up on maintenance, cost control, and operational reports.

Requirements

We are looking for an organized person, with leadership and experience in hotel operations and food and beverages, to lead teams and ensure the smooth functioning of the different areas of the hotel. Main responsibilities:

• Experience in hotel operations management or supervision.
• Provable experience in food and beverages, quality control, and inventories.
• Knowledge of ordering, basic payroll, and cost control.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and supervise work teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and hotel management systems.
• Organization, attention to detail, and ability to make decisions and solve problems. • Service orientation and effective communication.
• Schedule availability and availability to attend to operational contingencies.
