Your tasks

Main missions Welcome guests with professionalism, a smile, and dynamism Handle check-in and check-out operations Manage reservations, telephone calls, and guest requests Provide personalized information and promote the hotel's services Ensure guest satisfaction and comfort throughout their stay Perform administrative follow-up related to the reception (billing, payments, updating guest files, reports) Actively contribute to the high-end image of the establishment Profile sought

Requirements

Mandatory experience in 4-star hospitality or equivalent Excellent presentation and a keen sense of customer service Dynamism, a natural smile, and team spirit Fluent English required (another language is a plus) Ability to manage priorities, administrative work, and to work with rigor We offer
