Hotel Okura Amsterdam is a 5-star hotel in the heart of De Pijp and part of the international Okura Hotels & Resorts chain. With multiple Michelin-starred restaurants and guests from all over the world, the hotel is known for its high quality and personal service.
What will you do?
As an Allround Hospitality Employee, you are *the* face of the hotel. You support various departments and ensure a flawless experience for our guests. No two days are the same: one day you help with breakfast, the next day at a large event or a luxury dinner. Your duties consist of:
- Providing excellent service in our restaurants and banqueting halls
- Setting up and breaking down meetings, dinners, and events
- Keeping the workspaces neat and representative
- Responding to the wishes of guests and ensuring they are satisfied
- Collaborating with colleagues from other departments for a smooth process
What do we expect from you:
- You have a passion for hospitality and service
- You speak English well (Dutch is a plus)
- You have a flexible, proactive, and representative attitude
- Experience in hospitality or in a luxury environment is a plus
- You are available for morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts
