SPA Receptionist

A SPA Receptionist is sought at Hotel Marquis Reforma to work on-site.

Functions: Receive and assist guests and clients, providing information about the Spa's services, treatments, and rates. Manage and follow up on reservations, appointments, cancellations, and client requests. Coordinate the treatment schedule with therapists, ensuring the availability of cabins and time slots. Process payments, room charges, and records of services provided. Promote Spa treatments, packages, and products to contribute to the achievement of sales objectives. Verify that the facilities, cabins, linens, and amenities are in optimal condition. Keep reservation, sales, and service records and reports updated. Handle comments and complaints, providing timely follow-up to ensure client satisfaction. Ensure compliance with the hotel's service, hygiene, image, and operation standards. Perform activities inherent to the position that are assigned by their immediate supervisor.

· Requirements: Advanced conversational English Previous experience in customer service. Ability to work proactively and collaboratively. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Attention to detail
