Valet / Bellhop M/F - Hôtel Le Coucou

• Ensure a warm and professional welcome for guests upon their arrival at the establishment.
• Take charge of guests' luggage and ensure its delivery to rooms, suites, or chalets.
• Accompany guests upon arrival and introduce them to the establishment's main services.
• Ensure the parking, return, and proper management of guests' vehicles in compliance with current procedures.
• Ensure the proper organization and upkeep of the parking area.
• Provide guest transfers and shuttle trips according to the establishment's needs.
• Ensure the good condition, cleanliness, and routine maintenance of service vehicles.
• Organize, maintain, and manage the luggage storage.
• Perform errands and external missions necessary for the smooth running of the establishment or for guest satisfaction.
• Ensure the cleanliness, tidiness, and good presentation of the hotel surroundings, the forecourt, and the outdoor reception areas.
• Participate in snow removal operations and ensure the safety of outdoor access when weather conditions require it.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure follow-up in collaboration with the Conciergerie and Reception.
• Ensure fluid communication with all departments of the establishment to guarantee a high-quality guest experience.

• First successful experience in a similar position in high-end hospitality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service.
• Professional presentation and sense of hospitality.
• Curiosity, dynamism, and desire to learn.
• Organizational skills and priority management.
• Ability to adapt to different interlocutors and situations.
• Good general knowledge and interest in tourism, catering, and the local art de vivre.
• Fluent English is imperative; proficiency in a third language is also an asset.
• Discretion, professionalism, and sense of confidentiality.
