Spa Therapist M/F - Hôtel Le Coucou

• Position to be filled in CDI, in the winter at Coucou Méribel and in the summer at Lou Pinet in Saint Tropez

• Ensure the welcome, advice, and care of an international clientele in compliance with the establishment's standards.
• Identify the needs and expectations of clients in order to offer them a personalized experience.

• Perform wellness treatments and services in compliance with established protocols and the Spa's quality standards.
• Prepare treatment rooms and spaces while ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety rules and ambiance factors.

• Advise clients on the treatments, products, and programs best suited to their needs.
• Participate in the development of sales for Spa products and services.

• Ensure the promotion and commercialization of partner brands and products offered within the Spa.
• Ensure the comfort, well-being, and satisfaction of clients throughout their experience.

• Ensure the preparation, maintenance, and proper upkeep of treatment spaces and equipment.
• Participate in the daily smooth running of the Spa and contribute to the quality of the client experience.

• Supervise a team of 4/5 people. • Significant experience in a similar position, preferably in high-end hospitality.
• Excellent culture of service, client experience, and client satisfaction.

• Good knowledge of the wellness universe, treatment protocols, and quality standards of a high-end Spa.
• Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and priority management.

• Natural leadership and the ability to support, motivate, and develop teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, listening skills, and communication.

• Ability to handle sensitive situations and client complaints with professionalism.
• Commercial sense and aptitude to develop sales and client loyalty.

• Ability to analyze performance and contribute to achieving Spa objectives.
• Mastery of IT tools and software related to Spa activities.

• Fluent English is essential; proficiency in a second language is appreciated.
