Night Receptionist M/F - Hôtel Le Coucou

• Ensure the welcome and reception of guests during the night, in compliance with the establishment's quality standards.
• Handle late arrivals and early departures (check-in / check-out).
• Assume responsibility for the hotel after the departure of the daytime managers.
• Ensure the calm, security, and well-being of guests throughout the night.
• Perform regular night rounds within the establishment.
• Manage unforeseen situations and respond effectively to guest needs and requests.
• Handle nighttime complaints with professionalism and propose suitable solutions.
• Ensure the daily accounting closing operations for all services.
• Handle guest payments and invoicing.
• Respond to room service requests during the night.
• Prepare the hotel's opening: opening access points, general inspection of the establishment, checking the cleanliness of common areas.
• Transmit essential information to all services via the morning handover document (JST).

• Excellent mastery of reception techniques and customer service.
• Fluent command of English (a second language would be an asset).
• Proven experience in luxury hospitality.
• Good knowledge of security, first-level maintenance, and evacuation procedures (training provided at the beginning of the season).
• Ability to work autonomously and make decisions.
• Composure, sense of responsibility, and ability to manage emergency situations.
• Rigor, reliability, and discretion.
• Adaptability and reactivity, especially in unforeseen situations.
