Host/Hostess M/F - Hôtel Le Coucou

• Handle incoming telephone calls and emails for the restaurant.
• Manage reservations and participate in organizing the floor plan via the SevenRooms software.
• Welcome guests with professionalism and friendliness.
• Escort and seat guests at their tables in compliance with the establishment's standards.
• Present the restaurant and respond to initial guest requests.
• Ensure the follow-up of guest satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Accompany guests upon their departure and contribute to their loyalty.
• Ensure fluid communication with the restaurant teams to guarantee the smooth running of service.
• Ensure the printing and availability of menus.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the reception desk as well as the replenishment of amenities intended for guests (matches, blankets, mosquito anti-roll-on, children's coloring books, etc.).
• Participate in the setting up of the dining room before services.
• Provide support to the restaurant teams when activity requires it, notably during clearing and resetting of tables.
• First confirmed experience in a similar position in high-end or luxury hospitality.
• Developed sense of welcome, hospitality, and customer satisfaction.
• Fluent English; proficiency in a second language is highly appreciated.
• Good knowledge of high-end restaurant service standards and

• Neat presentation and professional attitude in all circumstances.
• Sense of organization, rigor, and priority management.
• Reactivity and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
• Mastery of IT tools and reservation software.
