Host/Hostess Manager M/F - Hôtel Le Coucou

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the restaurant's Hosts and Hostesses.
• Develop their schedules.
• Ensure the handling of the restaurant's telephone calls throughout the day.
• Ensure the management and follow-up of the restaurant's emails.
• Organize the floor plan via the SevenRooms software, subject to manager approval.
• Ensure fluid communication with the restaurant, kitchen, reception, and concierge teams to guarantee the proper follow-up of reservations, requests, and guest preferences.
• Lead pre-service briefings to communicate essential information, including guest specificities.
• Welcome guests, escort them to their tables, and present the restaurant experience.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal and respond to their requests.
• Accompany guests upon departure and contribute to their loyalty.
• Ensure the printing of menus and the management of associated stocks.
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the welcome desk as well as the management of guest amenities stocks (matches, blankets, anti-mosquito roll-ons, children's coloring books, etc.).
• Actively participate in the setting up of the dining room before services.
• Provide support to the restaurant teams during service, particularly during clearing and resetting of tables.
• Proven experience in a similar position in high-end or luxury hospitality.
• First successful experience in team management or coordination.
• Sense of service and customer experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
• Fluent English is essential; proficiency in another foreign language is appreciated.
• Proficiency in professional IT tools, notably SevenRooms; knowledge of Lightspeed is an asset.
