Multipurpose Butler M/F - Hôtel Le Coucou

• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure their comfortable installation in the chalet.
• Respond to guest requests and anticipate their needs to guarantee an exceptional experience.
• Ensure exceptional room service by taking guest orders, preparing service trolleys, and performing in-room deliveries with elegance and attention to detail. (Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, dinner, snacks....)
• Assist in the organization of private events in collaboration with the Room Service, F&B Manager, and Chef de Cuisine.
• Be available to answer questions and resolve guest issues efficiently and courteously.
• Perform regular follow-ups to ensure guests are satisfied with their stay.
• Ensure that the chalet and its facilities are maintained in perfect condition (spa, kids club, lounges...).
• Manage special requests and resolve any potential issues.
• Collaborate closely with other departments of the establishment to ensure fluid communication and coordinated service.

• Proven experience as a Butler, concierge, or in a similar position, preferably in a high-end establishment.
• In-depth knowledge of food and beverage services and room service.
• Ability to organize and supervise private events of all types.
• Skills in coordinating multiple services.
• Fluency in English; a third language is appreciated.
• Excellent communication and sense of service.
• Attention to detail and ability to provide personalized service.
• Discretion and respect for guest confidentiality.
