Kids/Teens Club Animator M/F - Hôtel Le Coucou

• Gather information about the children before their arrival to personalize the approach and spark their interest.
• Welcome children and their companions upon arrival at the Kids Club, building a connection at the first contact.
• Lead activities while ensuring the safety of the children under all circumstances.
• Do not allow children to use the equipment present in the Kids Club without supervision.
• Supervise and monitor children during activities and free time.
• Ensure that all children participate and have fun, adapting activities to include everyone.
• Communicate transparently with parents to keep them informed about the progress of activities and their children's development.
• Clean and tidy the Kids Club areas, ensuring they are organized, secure, and that equipment is returned to its place at the end of each shift.
• Apply and respect hygiene rules, particularly for equipment, play areas, and the establishment's safety standards.

The ideal profile:

• BAFA mandatory or state-recognized equivalent
• Successful experience in a similar position, preferably in high-end hospitality
• Knowledge of animation techniques for children
• Ability to organize and supervise educational and recreational activities
• Ability to manage a group of children safely
• First aid skills
• Fluent English, a third language is appreciated
• Enthusiasm, energy, and creativity
• Patience and empathy
• Sense of responsibility and constant vigilance
• Excellent communication and sense of service
• Team spirit
