DAY RECEPTIONIST (M/F)

L'Hôtel La Comtesse, a 4-star hotel located in the heart of Paris, is looking for a Day Receptionist (M/F) to strengthen its team. The position is available as soon as possible.

As a Day Receptionist, you are a true ambassador for the hotel and ensure that we offer our guests a warm, elegant, and personalized welcome.

Your main missions will be: Welcome and assist guests with professionalism and courtesy Perform check-in and check-out procedures Manage reservations and guest requests Respond to requests by telephone and email Inform guests about the hotel, Paris, and its main points of interest Perform payment and billing operations Ensure the smooth daily functioning of the reception Ensure coordination with the various hotel departments Ensure the satisfaction and comfort of our guests throughout their stay

We offer a pleasant work rhythm: morning shift 7am-3pm, afternoon shift 1pm-9pm, and presence at least 1 weekend per month.

Your profile: We are looking for an organized and autonomous professional, having a good knowledge of the Parisian market and luxury Having an excellent command of English Mastering a second foreign language Presenting an excellent appearance and a developed sense of hospitality Smiling, dynamic, elegant, and professional Having excellent interpersonal skills and a sense of service Serious, punctual, organized, and autonomous Comfortable in an international environment A first experience of at least one year in hotel reception is desired
