Night Receptionist

5-star Hotel located in the commune of Las Condes, is looking for a NIGHT RECEPTIONIST to join our large and consolidated team.

The purpose of the position is to provide the first customer service in a fast, efficient, and pleasant manner, performing check in if required, also coordinating special requests from hotel guests, managing room keys and payment method guarantees in an orderly manner until the final delivery of the bill to said guests.

Among its main functions:

• In charge of the operational management of the reception department.
• Performs check in and check out tasks for guests staying at the hotel, coordinating the needs or special requests of other areas of the hotel.
• In charge and responsible for money movements, particularly regarding currency exchange from the assigned cash register.
• Assign rooms according to reservations.
• Register guests upon arrival and perform room changes, if required.
• Control room keys and the master key.
• Deliver the final guest bill, along with the return of their documents or guarantee.

Requirements:

• Technical degree in the Hotel area (Desirable)
• Advanced level of spoken English
• Knowledge of Opera system
