WE ARE HIRING A RECEPTIONIST

Requirements:

• Degree in Tourism (preferably)
• Intermediate-advanced English
• Good communication skills

Functions:

• Attend to and follow up on pending matters from the previous shift
• Attend to walk-in clients, perform persuasion and guest acquisition tasks
• Perform the check in process for guests
• Invite the guest to join the HS Reawards loyalty program
• Check out procedures, asking if everything was fine during their stay
• Perform room changes at the guest's request
• Handling guest complaints
