Food and Beverage Manager - Hospitality

We are looking for a Food and Beverage Manager to join our team at Hotel Hotsson.

• As F&B Manager, you will be responsible for preparing the annual budget and monitoring customer satisfaction indices in each of the consumption centers under your charge.
• Your role will involve generating the necessary corrective and preventive actions to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Additionally, you must interpret the financial statements of the consumption centers in charge and make strategic decisions based on this data to optimize processes and improve financial results.

We require a proactive person with leadership skills and an attitude focused on customer service.

• 3 -5 years of experience in the position, preferably in Hospitality
• Conversational English level
• Schedule availability
