Concierge Intern

During your concierge internship, you will be part of an enthusiastic team and be involved in the daily wishes of guests in a luxury 5-star hotel.

What you will do As a concierge intern, you will support the concierge team in delivering a personalized guest experience, while learning to anticipate and proactively respond to the needs of guests. You will assist in arranging guest requests, from restaurant reservations to excursions; additionally, you will provide local tips and answer various questions from guests. You will contribute to a welcoming reception and ensure that everything is correct down to the last detail, so that guests experience an unforgettable stay.

Who you are This internship is part of your studies (at least 4 months)

Ready to work effectively in a dynamic environment

Attention to detail and accuracy in the execution of tasks

Positive and dynamic team player

You are proactive and eager to learn

Fluent in English, speaking other languages is a plus

Good communication skills to collaborate with the team and management
