• Manage arrival and departure schedules with flawless organization;
• Advise our guests on our services, our rates, and give them the best addresses not to be missed in the region;
• Manage invoices and payments with rigor;
• Ensure the security of the establishment by applying procedures in case of an alert.

Your profile?

• You have a true sense of service and take pleasure in satisfying others;
• You know how to stay calm in tense moments, and even better, you manage with a smile;
• You are an organization pro and enjoy working in a team;
• You are proficient in IT and comfortable in English;
• If you know the SEQUOIA software, it's a plus!
