Under the guidance of the Responsable de Salle, you are the guarantor of the harmony of your station and the driver of our guests' satisfaction.

Your main missions:

• The art of staging: Orchestrate the mise en place (dining room, bar, terrace) so that every space is an invitation to travel.
• Personalized advice: Welcome our guests, guide them in their choices (food and drinks), and adapt your communication to enhance their experience.
• Mastery of rhythm: Ensure the smooth running of service, from taking orders to payment, with flawless precision and speed.
• Benevolent leadership: Support and supervise commis and interns, transmitting your expertise and the House's standards of excellence.
• Active vigilance: Ensure absolute compliance with hygiene rules and the constant harmony of your service area.

A few essentials for this position:

• Experience: You master the codes of luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Soft skills: Impeccable presentation, a keen sense of detail, and a naturally positive attitude.
• Skills: Speed and efficiency to keep up with the rhythm of our exciting seasons.
• Languages: Fluent English is indispensable for interacting with our international clientele.
• The plus: A curiosity for oenology will be a valuable asset in our region of Grands Crus.
