As part of your activities, you will perform the following tasks, among others:

• Active sales of events combined with professional advice for our sophisticated guests and customers
• Price negotiations, independent preparation of offers and contracts
• Detailed planning of events
• Coordination with all relevant departments in the hotel as well as external service providers
• Implementation of regular customer care

You are a good fit for us if you bring the following qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as Hotelfachmann/frau or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the Convention & Sales area of upscale hospitality in a similar position is an advantage
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, ideally basic knowledge of Fidelio Suite 8
• High level of initiative and commitment
• Great sense of responsibility and quality, as well as enjoyment in dealing with our sophisticated clientele
• Teamwork skills, communication skills, and resilience
• Business fluent English in speaking and writing, knowledge of other foreign languages is an advantage
