Framework conditions
You will take over the management of our holiday program and actively shape the stay of our guests. Your workplace is located in the Hotel Bareiss in Baiersbronn-Mitteltal. You will work closely with the departments of Reception, Concierge, Gastronomy, Marketing, and other specialist departments. You will receive structured induction and gradually take on responsibility. Modern digital tools support you in organization and planning, including our Bareiss-App. Your daily routine is varied and combines organization, guest contact, and event accompaniment.

Your tasks
- You plan, organize, and coordinate our varied holiday and event program.
- Together with your colleagues, you develop theme weeks, hiking programs, cooking seminars, and seasonal events.
- You personally accompany events and are the contact person for our guests on site.
- You create the daily and weekly programs and continuously develop the content of our Bareiss-App.
- You coordinate the daily live music and coordinate with our musicians.
- You organize the rental of our high-quality E-Bikes and are responsible for their use as well as the accessories.
- You fulfill individual guest wishes and ensure that every stay becomes a special experience.
What you bring with you
- You have experience in the hotel industry, tourism, event management, or a comparable position.
- You enjoy organizing, keep an overview even with several projects at once, and work in a structured manner.
- You inspire people with your friendly, confident appearance and your strong service orientation.
- You have good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
- You possess a Class B driver's license.
