Do you love organizing events, inspiring people, and creating special guest experiences? As an Event Manager (m/f/d), you will primarily take over the administrative side of planning, organizing, and coordinating all events at Hotel Bareiss and at our external locations. At the same time, you will actively help shape our holiday program and serve as a personal contact person for our guests.

Your tasks
Events
You are the central contact person for our event guests and accompany them from the initial inquiry to the event. You plan, organize, and coordinate all events at Hotel Bareiss, at our Forellenhof Buhlbach, the Wanderhütte Sattelei, and our Morlokhof – from the inquiry to successful implementation. You coordinate the respective requirements and processes with the responsible colleagues from Service, Kitchen, Reception, and Children's Program to ensure smooth cooperation. You prepare event documents, keep an eye on deadlines and processes, and accompany events personally on-site if necessary.
Holiday Program & Guest Relations
You plan and organize our holiday and event program, including themed weeks, hiking programs, cooking seminars, and seasonal events. You personally accompany program items, look after our guests, and take individual guest wishes into account. You create the daily and weekly programs and maintain the content of our Bareiss-App. You coordinate the daily live music and coordinate with our musicians.
What you bring with you
- Experience in the hotel and gastronomy industry, tourism, event management, or a comparable position
- Strong organizational talent and a structured, independent way of working
- Joy in designing events and special guest experiences
- Warm, confident, and service-oriented demeanor
- Creativity, initiative, and high quality standards
- Good English skills; French skills are an advantage
- Driving license class B
