- Varied daily work in the various gastronomic areas of our house.
- Modern work equipment as well as professional POS systems and digital evaluations.
- Short decision-making paths and direct contact with managers.

YOUR TASKS
- You actively support the F&B management in the operational daily business and are present on the floor.
- You accompany the daily processes in our gastronomic areas and, together with the teams, ensure smooth service.
- You support the leadership, motivation, and further development of our employees and promote trustful cooperation.
- You identify optimization potential in the operational processes and implement improvements together with the responsible areas.
- You work on the further development of our gastronomic concepts and contribute your own ideas.
- Administrative tasks – for example, in the area of POS systems, menu analyses, or organizational processes – complement your area of responsibility.
WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU
- Completed training in the hotel or gastronomy industry as well as several years of professional experience in Service, in the Kitchen, or in the Food-&-Beverage area.
- Joy in taking on operational responsibility and working with the teams every day.
- Organizational talent as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working.
- Confident handling of PC applications as well as restaurant and POS systems.
- Good English skills; French skills are an advantage.
