Your tasks

Your primary focus will be recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration, alongside opportunities to bring your creativity to team activities and the office experience.

  • Recruitment: Manage the hiring process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and offers. Partner with hiring managers and build a strong local candidate network.
  • Onboarding: Create a welcoming, well-organized experience for new hires, coordinating introductions, essential information, and workplace readiness.
  • HR administration: Maintain accurate employee records and coordinate employment documentation in line with local requirements, ensuring confidentiality and timely completion.
  • Team engagement: Bring ideas to life through company celebrations, team-building activities, and informal gatherings that help colleagues connect. Take ownership of planning, logistics, and coordination within agreed budgets.

  • Process improvement: Identify ways to make recruitment, onboarding, and HR workflows clearer, more consistent, and more efficient.

Requirements

You combine a warm, empathetic approach with structured thinking and careful attention to documentation. You understand the Armenian talent market and build relationships easily—with candidates, colleagues, and professional contacts. Above all, you enjoy creating an environment where people feel welcome, supported, and comfortable working together.

  • Practical experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
  • Fluency in English, Russian, and Armenian, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of the Armenian labor market, local recruitment channels, and effective candidate-sourcing methods.
  • Working knowledge of Armenian employment legislation and HR documentation requirements.
  • A structured approach, sound judgment, and the ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and the ability to build trust while maintaining professional boundaries.
  • Confidence using spreadsheets, recruitment platforms, and digital tools to keep records and workflows organized.
  • Initiative, accountability, and an interest in bringing people together.

What we offer
